Study private banking:  from farming to hunting!

Dear Sir or Madam,

In cooperation with the St.Gallen Business School, Hammer Hosig Herzog & Associates have realized an empirical study concerned with “customer relationship management private banking” with about 80 participating private banks. The aim of the study is to depict the recent status quo of private banks within the customer relation management. Furthermore a best practice approach and possible fields of operation, and quick wins, will be presented.
